Chères et chers collègues,
J’ai le plaisir de vous apprendre que les préparatifs pour notre XVIe Congrès international de Diplomatique « The document and the chancery between West and East » sont en bonne voie.
Nos collègues polonais T. Jurek et K. Skupienski ont préparé un programme de trois jours que vous recevrez prochainement.
Le congrès de la CID se tiendra du jeudi 27 au samedi 29 août 2020 à Poznań en Pologne dans le cadre du congrès du CISH, la CID étant une organisation affiliée du Comité international des Sciences historiques (code: IAO21).
Dans ce cadre, tous les participants (les orateurs inclus) doivent impérativement s’inscrire sur le site du CISH/ICHS : https://ichs2020poznan.pl/en/
Le prix de l’inscription est de 120 euro jusqu’au 31 mars prochain ; après cette date : 150 euro.
Nos séances se tiendront sur le Campus Universitaire, sauf la séance inaugurale (matinée du 27 août) qui se tiendra en centre-ville au Palais Dzialyński.
La réunion du bureau (actuel et candidats à l’élection) se tiendra le jeudi 27 août lors de la pause de midi.
L’ assemblée générale (élection d’un nouveau bureau) aura lieu le vendredi 28 août en fin d’après-midi, vers 17h 30.
N’oubliez pas de vous inscrire avant le 31 mars prochain pour bénéficier du prix d’inscription réduit.

Dear Colleagues,
I am pleased to announce that preparations for our Sixteenth Congress « The document and the chancery between West and East »are thriving.
Our Polish colleagues T. Jurek and K. Skupienski have put together a three days program that you will soon receive.
The CID Congress will take place in Poznań (Poland) from Thursday 27 till Saturday 29 August 2020 in the frame of the ICHS Congress, CID being an affiliated organization of the International Committee of Historical Sciences (code: IAO21).
All participants (also the speakers) must absolutely register on the website of the CISH/ICHS : https://ichs2020poznan.pl/en/
The fee is 120 Euro, if you register before March 31 ; later on : 150 Euro.
Our sessions will take place at the University Campus, except for the inaugural session (Thursday morning) that will be held in the center of the Old Town at Dzialyński Palace.
A board meeting (with actual and to be elected members) will take place on Thursday 27 VIII during lunch break.
The general assembly (election of the new board) will take place at the end of the sessions on Friday 28 VIII (about 5.30 PM).
You will soon receive a full program and practical information from the organizers.
